Our primary concern is to make fully clear the rights and obligations of GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com towards the users of our website, and to inform our customers of their rights and obligations, so as to achieve the best possible service during the search for and acquisition of the products they desire.
Acceptance of Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store located at www.gkpremiumcollectibles.com. Any user who enters and transacts with, or uses the services of, the online store (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” and/or “user” and/or “customer”, depending on whether they merely browse or place an order and purchase products) is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set out below, without any exception. If any user does not agree with these terms, they must, at their own responsibility, refrain from visiting or using the website, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.
1. General Terms
The Company reserves the right to freely modify or revise these terms and conditions of use and transactions through the online store whenever deemed necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this online store.
Contracts concluded through the online store are formed in the Greek language.
The Company sells exclusively to private individuals who are collectors of numismatic products. It is not possible to supply products to dealers or commercial enterprises for the purpose of resale, or for any other purpose (advertising, gifts, etc.). Orders submitted by businesses through our website, contrary to the terms of use of the online store, are considered void.
The official language of the online store is Greek and most of the content is written in Greek. Some titles and descriptions of offered products may appear in another language. Communication with customers must be in the Greek language.
2. Information Provided & Products
The Company is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information presented in the online store, both regarding the Company’s identity and the transactions offered through the online store.
In the context of good faith, the Company is not responsible for and is not bound by entries of electronic data made by mistake or inadvertent error according to common experience, and reserves the right to correct them at any time once their existence is discovered.
The Company also informs you that the photographic material posted for each product, in order to better serve the user/customer, may have minor deviations from the final deliverable product, and the Company bears no liability for such deviations. These minor deviations do not negate the nature and characteristics of the product as described.
3. Limitation of Liability
Within the scope of its transactions through the online store, the Company shall not be liable and shall have no obligation to compensate for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation of orders, non-execution, or delay in execution of orders, for any reason.
The Company does not guarantee the availability of products displayed in the online store, but informs the interested customer, based on the records kept, about their availability or lack thereof. In case these records change, the Company undertakes to inform customers within a reasonable period of time, and in such case bears no further liability.
The online store provides its content (e.g., information, names, photos, images, prices) and the products available through the website “as is”. Under no circumstances shall the Company be civilly or criminally liable for any damage (direct, special, or consequential, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, lost earnings, monetary satisfaction, etc.) that may be suffered by any visitor of the online store or third party for reasons related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or inability to provide products and/or information, and/or any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or information provided through it.
4. Personal Data
To make a purchase at GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com, you must provide your personal details and your email address. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you must also provide the card number and its expiry date.
GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com strictly follows the principles of personal data protection as provided by law and international conventions, and will not proceed with any unfair use without your prior approval. Under no circumstances does GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com disclose, publish, sell, or exchange the personal details and information you entrust to us.
By way of exception, your personal data may be disclosed by the Company, always in accordance with the legal procedure, when required by a Public Authority, a Court, etc.
GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com reserves the right to provide its suppliers with statistical sales reports, which shall in no case contain personal data that could lead to the identification of individuals.
You may at any time, where there is a reason, change the personal information you have provided to us or restrict/cancel the use of certain data (e.g., your card number) by completing the relevant online form.
5. Product Prices
The prices displayed next to each product include the applicable VAT (0–24%). These prices refer to quantities available in our warehouse. GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com reserves the right to adjust prices.
Prices do not include customs duties, fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs duty, fee, or charge imposed by the legislation of the destination country.
6. Delivery & Shipping Costs
After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming the successful transaction. This is a confirmation that we received your order, and not an acceptance of the order.
Ordered products will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders are shipped via courier, ELTA parcel service, or registered mail. The Company reserves the right to choose the most appropriate method of shipment depending on prevailing market conditions in transport services.
Customers must correctly complete the delivery address fields. Your order cannot be shipped if these details are missing. All orders are shipped to the customer’s address as provided by the customer.
Handling and shipping costs will be added to the total order cost before final submission of the order.
Customers are responsible for any error in the delivery address (as entered by the customer).
If an order is returned to us due to errors in the delivery address, the Customer is responsible for paying the additional costs so that the order can be resent.
If an item is returned to us as “unclaimed”, the Customer is also responsible for paying the additional costs so that we can resend the parcel.
Delivery delays due to extraordinary market conditions or the fault of the carrier do not constitute grounds for cancellation. The Company shall compensate insured shipments after final confirmation by the carrier regarding loss or destruction of the product during transportation.
7. Returns
You may cancel an order and return products provided that the process is completed within 14 calendar days. Products must be in their original condition. In particular, for proof coins or coins with special finishes, the capsule must not have been opened and the coin must not have been touched with bare hands.
8. Payment
We accept electronic bank transfer and/or direct deposit to the Company’s bank account. Payment by deposit/transfer must be made on the first business day after the order is submitted. If payment is not completed, the order is cancelled at the end of the day on which payment was due.
We accept payment by credit or debit card from all banks, Greek and foreign. Cash on delivery is not available. Card payments may be subject to order value limits.
If you select payment by card, you will be redirected to Viva Wallet to complete payment securely in the high-security environment of Viva Wallet. GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com does not receive or store your card details (number, dates, etc.).
Customers are not charged any additional fee for using credit or debit cards.
Sending cash by post is not recommended due to obvious risks. However, we may accept cash received by registered letter, if you have chosen this payment method.
Your account will be in EUR and payment by bank transfer must be in EUR.
We reserve the right to refuse payment by card for any reason.
9. Delivery, Ownership & Transfer of Risk
Ownership of the products passes to the Customer when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to the products.
From the moment the order is handed over to the carrier and a unique tracking number is obtained, the risk for the products passes to the customer.
The Customer bears the risk of damage or loss of the parcel. In the event of damage during transportation or loss of the parcel, all claims must be addressed to the carrier.
10. Optional Shipping Insurance
We offer Customers the option of insuring their order. The Customer may insure domestic (within Greece) shipment with a premium of 1% of the value of the products in the order. Any loss, total or partial destruction of products in an insured order occurring within Greece will be compensated at 100% after final confirmation by the carrier.
Loss or destruction occurring after shipment abroad is not covered by this insurance. In such cases, customers should seek compensation from the carrier in the destination country. Loss or destruction of uninsured orders is not compensated.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Availability
For all products on GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com there are clear indications of availability, so you can easily check before ordering which products are available and ready for dispatch. Even for products not immediately available, you may place your order and we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to inform you about the likely receipt and delivery time. If delivery times do not suit you, you always have the right to cancel the order for that product.
Delivery time also depends on product availability. If not all desired products are available, you will receive them in partial shipments without additional shipping charges.
11.2 Force Majeure
If due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we cannot deliver within the specified time, we will inform you by email.
11.3 Liability of GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com
GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products offered. If a product is proven defective, you retain the right to return it in its original packaging within 10 days, with the option of replacement or refund.
GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com is not liable for organized hacker attacks aimed at stealing users’ personal data; however, even in such a case, card users are protected because the CVV code is not stored in the system.
11.4 Promotional Messages
GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com allows users to choose whether they wish to receive updates about new products and offers via informational messages sent to their email address, postal address, or by phone. GKpremium Coins & Collectibles.com will not misuse these services, and users are always given the option to unsubscribe from promotional messages.
