Return & Refund Policy

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14 Days)

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days from the date of receipt. This right does not apply to legal entities or wholesale transactions.

Return Conditions

Returned items must remain in original condition, without damage, opening or alteration, and include all packaging, capsules, boxes or certificates.

Special Categories (Numismatics)

Due to the nature of collectibles, surface characteristics such as  minting lines or minor packaging wear are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, pre-orders, rare limited issues and wholesale transactions are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return procedure applies.

Return Procedure

The customer must notify us in writing and send the item back via registered or insured mail at their own cost.

Inspection & Approval

Returned items are inspected. If approved, refund or credit is issued within 14 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping, insurance and customs fees are non-refundable.

Damage During Transit

In case of damage, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation.
